Kochwurst is a minor character in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. He was a butcher in Pribyslavitz after it is rebuilt in the From the Ashes DLC.
Biography[]
He is one of two butchers, the other being Brisket, who comes to Pribyslavitz after the construction of the butchers shop, seeking work.
According to Marius during a Judgement, Kochwurst is a cheat to the common people, but makes up for it by making friends amongst the gentry. As a result, he is more profitable than Brisket, but the people dislike him.

There is an Easter egg in the Czech version of the game related to this character - he is named after the greedy butcher Krkovička (meaning Pork Collar) - a character from Czech TV bedtime story Jája a Pája.
