First Aid I is a Main Level perk in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which can be unlocked at level 3. This perk cannot be activated while still in Skalitz during the prologue, leaving the subsequent First Aid perks inaccessible too. It will become accessible after Robard of Talmberg tends to Henrys leg wound after completing the quest Run!
